Thank you for writing this, this resonated with me and how my mind works in this manner too.

It sounds like you have solved your own problem…acceptance and being ok with it is the key. Life is about finding peace within yourself. We don’t have to achieve to be worthwhile.

Distraction, or diversion, is good! The way I put it is that the more you try and concentrate on the words, getting them into the page, the more likely you are to lose focus by being trapped into a mode.

The counterintuitive way is that the words are more likely to flow if you let go, the letting go that allows you to click back into a free flow state of mind. As Morbius said in The Matrix: "free your mind".
